OCC submits its vision to the Syrian Investment Authority

A step toward launch

Ocean Crest Collective has submitted its investment vision to the Syrian Investment Authority to launch the Syrian International Academy for Diving & Paragliding in Latakia.

The project is an integrated marine, tourism and training destination with USD 1,100,000 initial capital, ~250 direct jobs and an expected opening in Summer 2027.

The step reflects the group's commitment to a long-term national project that revives the Syrian coast and develops marine sports.
